Fitless — Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 21, 2026
Fitless is a personal workout tracking app. This page explains what data
the app collects and how it is used.
What we collect
-
Account information: Fitless can be used without an
account at all, in which case we hold no name, no email address and
nothing that identifies you — only the workouts you record. If you do
sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email address. We use them only to
identify your account. We never receive or store your password. If you
use Sign in with Apple and choose to hide your email, we only ever see
Apple's relay address.
-
Workout data: the workouts, exercises, weights, and
training sessions you record in the app.
-
Feedback: if you submit feedback through the app, we
store your message together with your account email so we can respond.
-
Error reports: when something in the app fails, we
record what went wrong so it can be fixed. A report contains the
error message, where in the app it happened, your device platform
and app version, and your account id. It never contains your workout
data. Reports are only written when there is a failure, and are
deleted after 30 days.
How your data is used
Your data is used solely to provide the app's functionality: showing your
plan, tracking your sessions, and syncing between your devices. It is
never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.
Where it is stored
Data is stored in a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database. Access is protected
by row-level security: each user can only access their own data. A copy
of your recent data is also cached in your own browser's local storage to
keep the app fast and usable with a weak connection.
Data deletion
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any
time from inside the app: Profile → Delete account. Deletion is
immediate and irreversible. You can also request deletion by contacting
the email below.
